REMEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE (UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION)
Partial wage replacement is provided by law through the Reemployment Assistance program to eligible workers who lose their job through no fault of their own.  You may obtain information for Unemployment by phone at 1-800-204-2418 or at www.fluidnow.com

This federally administered program is designed to help eligible participants with retirement insurance, survivor’s insurance, disability insurance, supplemental security insurance, or hospitalization and medical care insurance.

WORKERS’ COMPENSATION AND DISABILITY BENEFITS
Payments made to covered workers, through the Workers’ Compensation program.  Medical expenses incurred in relation to an injury sustained on the job and as compensation during a period of unemployment resulting from the injury are covered.
