The VA provides treatment for PTSD. Voc Rehab seeks to determine whether a veteran’s disability causes a serious employment handicap and whether a career goal is feasible for the veteran. To be eligible for Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Vocational Rehab (Chapter 31), the veteran must have a service-connected disability which contributes to an employment handicap.
